Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to achieve excellent mixing and consistent granules at lower operating cost along with higher productivity. Better mixing and closed control of granule size leads to faster tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections. Dry mixing and Wet Granulating in the same bowl in only few minutes.The entire operation including discharge is fully automatic. Bottom entry main mixing impeller imparts high shear forces to the mass, ensuring intense blends in extremely short process times. Flat bottom profile, minimizes cavitations and dead zones. Flush discharge ensures maximum pass out of process material aiding the process without manual interventions. Suitable end point controls through. Table Top Model Bottom Drive High Shear Granulator System The SSEC Pilot Scale High Shear Granulator and Mixer is designed for efficient and homogenous wet granulation of powders to form a medium to high density granule. It is mainly used in R&D or F&D facility for the wet mixing of the pilot batches. Basically it consists of a Bowl, Impeller & Chopper assembly. Its GMP-compliant design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance, faster processing times, and total user safety.
